Refund Policy

CatalysFit offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of license activation. No questions asked. This complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Send an email to support@catalysai.app with subject "Refund" and your purchase email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

• Refund must be requested within 14 calendar days of activation • Platform access is revoked after refund • User data kept for 30 days in case of reactivation • Full refund only — no partial refunds

Sales made through affiliates have the same 14-day refund window. Commissions are only confirmed after the refund period ends. If a refund is issued, the commission is automatically canceled.

• Free licenses (promotions, courtesy codes) • Misuse or violation of Terms of Service • Requests made after the 14-day period

• Temporary service interruptions (maintenance, updates, technical failures) do NOT entitle the User to a refund. • The service is provided on a "best-effort" basis, without guarantee of 100% uninterrupted availability. • Unavailability caused by external factors (AI providers, third-party infrastructure, force majeure) does not constitute a service failure. • We are committed to restoring the service as quickly as possible in case of interruption.

• After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period • Temporary service unavailability (maintenance, technical failures) • Service discontinuation after 6 months from purchase date • Changes in features that do not substantially alter the service • Changes in AI providers beyond CatalysFit's control • Users are encouraged to use the free 14-day trial before purchasing to evaluate the service.

We recommend requesting a refund directly before opening a dispute with your card issuer. Chargebacks incur administrative costs and may result in permanent account suspension.
