I cannot sign in — what should I do?

Make sure you are using the email you signed up with. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email support@catalysai.app from the email on your account and we will help within one business day.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iOS: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device and select CatalysFit. On Android: open the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On the web: sign in at catalysfit.com/login and open Settings → Billing.

How do I request a refund?

Mobile purchases are refunded by Apple or Google per their store policies — request from your store account. For web/Stripe purchases, email support@catalysai.app with your order info and we will respond within two business days. See our Refund Policy.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete Account to initiate deletion from inside the app. You can also start a data-deletion request at catalysfit.com/delete-my-data. Full deletion completes within 30 days. Email us if you need confirmation.
