CatalysFit is a SaaS platform that replaces the stack of tools most independent personal trainers juggle — programming software, client portal, scheduling, messaging, content creation, nutrition planning, and payments — with one workspace. Every AI-generated program is reviewed and approved by the trainer before a client sees it.
The platform targets independent personal trainers, online coaches, and small studios managing anywhere from 5 to 300+ clients. It ships with a 1,350-exercise video library, AI-powered periodized programming that uses each client's real data (assessments, training history, goals, injuries), AI nutrition plan generation, in-app messaging, a branded client portal, integrated Stripe payments, and a daily PubMed research feed that keeps trainers current without reading papers themselves.
CatalysFit's positioning is deliberately against two adjacent alternatives: generic LLMs like ChatGPT (which can draft a program but don't know the client or handle delivery), and legacy coaching platforms like Trainerize (which scale pricing per client and treat AI as an add-on). CatalysFit is flat-priced on every tier, includes white-label branding on every plan, and is AI-native rather than AI-retrofit.
The company is self-funded and bootstrapped by a solo founder. Data is hosted in the EU (Supabase) and is never used for language-model training. Client data export and deletion are available at any time.
